You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.
If you have to return BBBUSTER for any reason, Please contact us for an RMA number. Without that number we will be unable to fix or adjust your problem.
If you need replacement equipment and the limited warranty period (60 days) does apply, please contact Big Brother Buster as to the situation so we can get you your replacement equipment as quickly as possible. We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout. To initiate a refund or exchange please fill out the form on the Contact Us tab of this website.
If the unit is defective and is not in warranty and not a manufacturing defect we will try to work with you to get you back in service quickly. (damage to the equipment is NOT a manufacturing defect or limited warranty has expired)
